Doesn’t matter what your goal is—if you want to become stronger, recover from an injury, or simply connect more deeply to your body by carving out time for yourself in a nurturing and trusted environment—anybody is welcome with me. I help people push past their comfort zones while listening to their bodies. I’m all about mindful intensity, recognizing how the body and mind are connected, and how becoming more present and stronger in your body naturally translates into mental resilience and empowerment in everyday life.
My exercises focus on calming the nervous system while challenging yourself physically. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed, even after breaking a sweat. We work with the body, not against it—keeping cortisol levels low and steady, avoiding spikes or cravings. Over time, you’ll build strength, gain muscle, and feel more confident and grounded in your body.
I’m a certified Pilates (Reformer, Chair) and Yoga instructor based in and around Zurich, Switzerland, with experience teaching a variety of styles.
Movement has been a constant in my life, especially in moments when nothing else made sense. I teach from that place—offering what’s helped me, in a way that’s responsive, honest, and deeply tuned in.
