Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)
We usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days via Swiss Post First Class. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal disruptions or weather conditions.

International Shipping
We ship internationally using Swiss Post Tracked and Signed. Once the package reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

We are not responsible for customs charges, taxes, or delays once the item enters your country.

International orders may be subject to VAT or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

General Shipping Info
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. byGeorginastreu is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. In the rare event that this occurs, contact us immediately at georgina.st@me.com with photos and details — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Costs
Switzerland: Orders over CHF 150 ship free within Switzerland. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.

International: For International orders shipping costs are calculated at check-out based on item weight.​

Returns
We only accept returns on items where it is explicitly stated in the product description that returns are allowed. Please review product listings carefully before purchasing.
If eligible, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused and undamaged.

Crystals (if stated so in the description) may be returned, but the customer must ensure they are safely packaged and arrive intact.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at georgina.st@me.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Crystals must be securely packaged to prevent breakage.

If a return arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we cannot offer a refund.

Damage During Return (Customer to Us)
If the customer arranges return shipping, they are fully responsible for the item until it is safely received. Use a tracked or insured method to avoid loss or damage. We cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit.
