• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

3. Shipping
• Domestic Shipping (Switzerland):
We usually process and ship orders within 1-3 business days via Swiss Post First Class. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays or weather conditions.

• International Shipping:
We ship internationally using Swiss Post Tracked and Signed. Once the package reaches your country of residence, it will be handed over to your local delivery office for final delivery. We are not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or delays that may occur once the item reaches your country.
International orders may be subject to VAT or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any such charges.

• All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. byGeorginastreu is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. In the rare event that this happens, please contact us immediately at georgina.st@me.com.

4. Returns
We accept returns only if the item is explicitly marked as returnable in the product description within 14 days of delivery. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Crystals may be returned, but the customer is responsible for ensuring the item arrives undamaged.

Customers are responsible for:
• The cost of return shipping
• Safe and protective packaging to avoid breakage in transit
• Using a tracked or insured shipping method
byGeorginastreu is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. If a return is lost or arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging or lack of tracking/insurance, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Damage During Return (Customer to Us):
If the customer arranges return shipping, they assume full responsibility for the item until it arrives safely.
